Competitions are open to all persons resident within the United Kingdom , aged 16 and over except the Promoter's employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.

Each message received is charged at £1.50 inc VAT.

In-bound messages sent from handset to shortcode are charges at normal operator rates

This is as a competition enter and subscription based alerting service.

By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

To enter the competition, follow the on screen instructions and then submit your entry via SMS (Short Message Service). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for message entries not received.

All entries must be made via our SMS (short message service) numbers.

By accepting these terms and conditions and entering this competition, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave this website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

The winner will be notified on the telephone number given when entering. All entrants will be advised by PSMS the closing time and date of the competitions.

Winners that are to be announced live or as part of an event will be called around the time and date notified. In the event the 1st winner that is called fails to answer, for any reason, the promoter will move to a subsequent entrants number until verbal contact is made with an entrant. This 1st verbally contacted person will be deemed the provisional winner (pending confirmation of lawful entry and suitability for receipt of prize).

The method for randomly picking the winning entrant is at the sole discretion of the competition promoter.

The winner will be required to provide a copy of photographic ID to the Promoter to confirm their identity and age before any prize will be paid or delivered. A copy of a passport and/or driving license will suffice. Following receipt and verification of the details above by the Promoter, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

The promoter will store the prize free of charge for 14 days after notifying the winner. If the prize has not been accepted within this time a charge will be made for storage.

Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize winner's name, picture, home town and county for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason. In these circumstances the Promoter may, on request, return the competition entry fee to any competitors in the cancelled competition and this will be the promoters only liability.

No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by the Promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you.

In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Promoter) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter's rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iv) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (v) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (vi) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend competition closing dates, to cover the combined costs of advertising, SMS Gateways and prizes.

In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data the Promoter may need to ransfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.
